Step 1: Registration

Click on the "Register as Shopkeeper" button on the home page.

Step 2: Check Email

Check your inbox for a Verification Mail. Click the link inside to proceed.

Step 3: Create Password

The link will open a page. Create your New Password to secure your account.

Step 4: Login & Bill

Login with your Email & Password. Click "Create Bill" to start!

How to setup Thermal Printer & Print Options

AConnecting Thermal Printer

USB Connection (Windows/Mac)

  1. Plug in your 80mm Thermal Printer via USB.
  2. Install the printer driver provided by manufacturer.
  3. Go to Control Panel > Devices & Printers.
  4. Right click your printer > Set as Default Printer.
  5. Now BilloraX will automatically send prints to it!

BPrinting Options

BilloraX provides two smart printing modes on the Billing Page:

1. Thermal Mode (POS)

Best for 80mm Thermal Printers. It generates a slim, long receipt perfect for shop counters. It removes extra colors to save ink.

2. Standard Mode (A4)

Best for Regular Laser/Inkjet Printers. It generates a full-page A4 invoice with detailed branding, suitable for B2B or large orders.
